Pastor Jack attended Washington School of Psychiatry to study group therapy, took several courses from Christian psychologists and psychiatrists and counseled in a typical manner by listening to your problems and taking you to scripture to give you tools to fix yourself. Still by 1985, he stood behind the pulpit or out in the congregation with his hands raised and looking like everyone else, yet thinking, “Everyone seems to be getting something from God that I cannot!” There is an old saying, “When the student is ready, the teacher will appear.” It was then that Jack and Sharon met Fletch and Betty Fletcher, prayer and deliverance ministers attending the same church. Both Jack and Sharon went through prayer, inner healing and deliverance.
Pastor Sharon is an over-comer of incest and sexual abuse. She is one of 10 children. Her mother was a true believer who by prayer kept the family together. Pastor Sharon was near death at 7 years old caused by a ruptured appendix. Her mother laid hands on her in the ICU and believed God for a miracle, and the Lord answered her request. She was also diagnosed with breast cancer in 1998 and the Lord healed her. Pastors Jack and Sharon studied under the Fletcher’s for 2 years; they have been ministering in prayer and deliverance since 1985.
The Valentino’s started Sword of the Spirit Healing Ministries, Inc. School of Prayer and Deliverance in 1999. They minister in the prophetic as well as with the gifts of healing, word of knowledge, and discernment.

As pastors of His House Church International, a full gospel church just outside Atlanta Georgia, they were ordained in 1989 by Missionary Church International.
Pastor Jack Valentino came from a broken, and dysfunctional home. As a Catholic He was brought to Christ by a Messianic Jewish Believer. A drug addict, God miraculously found him, saved him and delivered him in 1978. He immediately went into a counseling ministry.
